even though it's not seen as anything bad, it still has its pitfalls. when the person you're talking about is a "her" rooting out all the "his", "him"s, and "he"s can be a major pain in the ass. and no matter how many find-replace searches i do, i always seem to miss at least one.

anyway, today i spent a bit of time on a case against two defendants and working off a form that only had one. going through and changing all the nouns and verbs from singular to plural was tedious enough. the fact that i was constantly thinking the words should be dual, not plural, made it even worse.
