you might recalled last summer's great war against comcast. well, the war was won in the end. but not without some sacrifice. we suffered some casualties, among them was HBO. in other words, before we moved we had it, but now we don't.
and over the past 7 months or so i found i didn't care at all. i don't regret my refusal to pay extra for a channel we always got for no extra charge. i don't think i would have watched it anyway in the past few months. or at least that's how i've felt so far. tonight the sopranos returns. in the past we've always watched that over at our friends' place. and we will tonight too. so this still should be okay.
i'm writing this post just to remind said friends that they are not allowed to go away on sunday night anymore. at least not for the next 13 weeks or so. you simply can't do that to us.
