actually, i think iraq was a mistake even if they did have a competent guy in charge. the problem isn't rumsfeld's handling of the war in iraq, the problem is the war in iraq. nevertheless rumsfeld has made so many bad decisions, he's no doubt made things worse. and watching him finally get some serious flack for his fuck-ups is just good clean fun.
