there are still some undecided house races so how come they’re starting orientation already?
i wonder how bad is it for a representative if he or she misses orientation? do the disoriented wander into the department of agriculture by accident? do congressional leaders schedule a makeup session later? or is orientation just another way of saying "C-SPAN"?
