there's all this talk about whether the administration has a plan B in case the surge strategy fails. but "the surge" wasn't plan A, so how can the next plan after the surge be a B?
at this point it's probably more like plan Q. just because no one remembers the oil spot strategy doesn't mean it and its forgotten brethren shouldn't get a letter of their very own.
