per my prediction, the immigration bill appears to be dead.
despite MatthewB's urgings, i'm not positive that immigration reform is completely over yet. i mean, my prediction was that "comprehensive immigration reform won't happen in this congress." this congress doesn't end until december 2008. there's still plenty of time for another immigration reform push before then. but i stand by my original prediction. if there is any new push, it will fail too.
