the rumor that joe the plumber wasn't registered to vote turned out not to be true. what happened is that his name doesn't appear in the ohio voter registration database. so when he was thrust into the limelight last night, someone did a search for his name and didn't turn up anything. in fact, he is registered to vote even though he's not in the database. or maybe he is in there but his name is misspelled.
the question is: will joe be allowed to cast a regular ballot on election day?
