i don't often do endorsements and i don't like blog awards all that much, but the vote is now open for the 2008 wank of the year award. i was shocked to find out that pam atlas isn't creaming all the other nominees with her classic barack obama is the illegitimate love child of malcolm x post. yes, she was not joking.
in a year overcrowded with crazy conspiracy theories about obama's past, pam managed to somehow top all the other lunatics on the internet both in terms of race baiting and by drawing remarkable connections between otherwise random facts. the other nominees are worthy wankers and all, but i really don't get how even a wanking heavyweight like jonah goldberg could possibly be polling ahead of that malcolm x piece, as he is as of this writing.
i urge all my readers (yes, both of you) to help me stuff the ballot box by clicking to the wank of the year poll to vote your conscience. and by that i mean, my conscience. vote pam!
