ATT officially resigned as president of mali and the coup leaders handed over power to the head of the national assembly as required by the constitution. alls well that ends well, right? except that ATT was stepping down as president this month anyway (he was term limited out and was not trying to run for another term), and in the brief time they were in charge the coup leaders managed to lose half their country.
