I realize no one gives a shit but me1, but this post is late. I am supposed to do my chocolate tasting on Sundays, but its already days later. I blame houseguests. (Also the fact that I was afraid to crack out the fine chocolate around said houseguest because then I would have to share. I'm kidding. Kinda.)
