"Occupied territories" is the term that is more sympathetic to Israel

If you think that "occupied territories" is unsympathetic to Israel because it implies that the West Bank is a land foreign to Israel under military rule, then maybe you would prefer "apartheid zone", to explain why a certain ethnic group in that particular part of "Israel" get no political rights and so few civil rights.
