Chocolution 45: Chocolate Santander, Dark Chocolate

Even though this bar is supposedly just dark chocolate, the taste had a strong undercurrent of coffee. The rule for my resolution is that I am only supposed to taste dark chocolate without additives like nuts, fruit, or coffee beans (that raises complex metaphysical questions about what is "pure" dark chocolate, when dark chocolate itself is a mixture of ingredients, the recipe for which varies quite a bit from chocolate maker to chocolate maker). According to the ingredients list, there is no coffee added to this bar. Maybe everything from Colombia taste a little like coffee. Maybe what I think of as coffee taste is really the taste of Colombia.

In any case, I like it a lot! This one is another one for the favorites list.
