My question is, no matter how much oil ISIS produces, what about its ability to sell the oil it does produce on the international market? Considering the problems that Iraqi Kurds have faced in bringing their oil to the market, ISIS is going to have it even worse. Sure, ISIS might be making more effort than the Kurdistanis to sell their oil on the black market. But the dangers and secrecy inherent in that market are going to add additional costs that would further lower ISIS's oil profits.
