I'm going to make a last-minute prediction and say that Bibi will lose the election but will remain Prime Minister when the dust clears.
That is, Likud will come in second place in today's vote, with the Zionist Union (the alliance btween the Labor and Hatuna parties) with the most seats in the Knesset. That means the ZU will get the first crack at forming a government. But they will fail, which will allow Likud to put a new government together which will allow Netanyahu to remain P.M.
I also predict that the Joint List (the alliance of Arab parties) will come in third.
