Putting aside the question whether D'Souza knew the photo was doctored, what exactly was his point in posting it? Is there something wrong with being in the same room as a Confederate Flag? It's not like she's waiving it in the photo. She doesn't have it displayed on a t-shirt or tatooed on her body. It's just in the background.
