If you have ever been deep inside Weird Al fandom (and who hasn't?) you would know that the number 27 has special significance. Well, not all that special, although it is special enough for me to see buttons saying simply "27" on sale at AlCon '98. Apparently, some fans noticed that a bunch of Weird Al songs have references to the number 27. Some of the alleged references are a bit of a stretch, but it does look like whenever Al wants to say "a lot of times" in one of his songs while giving a particular number to make it look like he has actual data to back up whatever he is saying, he goes with "27."

I think that is what Trump is doing here.
