I wonder if WHO was initially reluctant to declare the current Ebola outbreak a public health emergency because when it rang the alarm bells about the last Ebola outbreak (2012-2014) Donald Trump was a total shithead, demanding restrictions on the travel of health care workers that, if enacted, would have crippled the international response to the outbreak.
