Biden is a remarkably terrible candidate

It is stunning that Joe seems to be running on the express platform of having a totally ineffectual presidency. Apparently Biden,  the guy in that position because of his alleged experience and understanding of the Senate, is unaware that: (1) it is all but numerically impossible that the next senate will have 60 or more Democrats (it is even unlikely there will be a Democratic majority), and (2) every legislative vote is subject to a filibuster, it is no longer an extraordinary step taken only in rare circumstances.

Ladies and gentlemen, the Democratic front runner!
