A big question for the Trump era

During this presidency, do we even have a foreign policy that isn't: (1) foreign leaders manipulating the President into doing what they want (e.g. Putin, MBS, Jong-Un), (2) outright shakedowns of foreign leaders for the personal enrichment of Trump or his family (e.g. "encouraging" people to stay at Trump properties, or to hold summits at Trump properties), or (3) pursuit of rightwing conspiracy theories to discredit Trump's political opponents.

I think that's all there is. Under Trump, the U.S. has no interests on the foreign stage other than what personally benefit of Trump and whatever stupid shit foreign autocrats can trick him into doing.
