Texas Governor Abbott threatened to arrest the democratic legislators who fled the state to deny the legistature a quorum this week. But what crime have they committed? I can't believe not showing up for a vote is a criminal offense. Legislators (and members of Congress) skip legislative sessions all the time! How else can they attend all those fundraisers and junkets?
