In an earlier time, a leaked document showing that a U.S. President was viewed as mentally unstable and was put in office, in part, through the help of a foreign hostile power would be an explosive story, even if there might be some doubt about the leaked document's veracity.
But in our stupid timeline, this story will cause no splash at all. Not a single Trump supporter will change his/her mind about their guy because of this. It doesn't matter that the story, while not a slam dunk true report, is supported by a lot of other facts about 2016 that are definitely true. (e.g. the Trump tower meeting with Russian officials, Trump's request for assistance from the Russian government during the 2016 election on national TV, the hacking of the DNC by the Russian government, etc)
