Yesterday's story about how Russian airlines are barred from selling tickets to men between the ages of 18 and 65, coupled with today's images on social media of Russian men in precisely that age range flooding the airports in Moscow and St. Petersburg, suggests that maybe in a country as corrupt as Russia, it isn't possible to have a real mobilization (or even a "partial" one).
