In related news, after the above-linked article that taught me that new term came out, the Russian government has ordered airlines to not sell tickets to Russian men between the ages of 18 to 65. It sounds like this partial mobilization is going swimmingly!
Some Russians in Istanbul need to form a band called "the Bolthole Surfers."
