Drawing Judge Cannon to preside over Trump's criminal charges is a disaster. But there is an open question whether her behavior will change after being slammed by the Eleventh Circuit in that prior MAL documents case.
Also, and more importantly, if you might have the Judge on your side, it is an incredibly dumb and reckless strategy to encourage your potentially violent weirdo followers to descend on her courthouse. Just saying.
