There is a P.R. problem with the Premium Bond workaround for the debt limit. Greece did the same thing and the last thing the U.S. wants to do is get compared to Greece. And I'm sure the comparison will be made. The Republicans are going to be pissed if Obama takes away their hostage.They are sure to talk about how Obama is following the Greeks.
