If ISIS is really stupid enough to bring Ebola to the territory it controls, it will only hasten the collapse of its so-called Islamic State. The IS is barely functioning as a state right now. I think it's collapse is inevitable even without Ebola. But with Ebola, the group's prospects are even worse. Having essentially destroyed any semblance of a public health system, it is even less prepared than the governments of West Africa to deal with an outbreak of a disease like that. And unlike Liberia, Sierra Leone and Guinea, ISIS is not going to cooperate with international groups that would be critical to control the disease.
