If the effective date for the Palestinians membership in the International Criminal Court is April 1, 2015, does that mean I need to undo my correction of #23 in my "Grading My 2014 Predictions" post?
I think the answer is no. My prediction technically just said that they would "ask" to join the ICC in 2014, which is what happened. Does anyone have a problem with that? I don't give a shit.
