Not sure why. I expected Kavanaugh to be confirmed ever since his appointment was announced. But it is hard to see how anyone could think Kav can be viewed as impartial after his rant about the Democrats, Liberals, and Clinton loyalists plotting against him (more than half of the country voted for Clinton!). The fact that the Judiciary Committee is not even interested in looking at the other two to four allegations of sexual misconduct against him and the fact that Kav repeatedly lied under oath, makes my blood boil.
I expect we will be stuck with this terrible justice for the rest of my legal career.
