Holding a new election in NC-9 is clearly the right decision, but why the hell is Mark Harris allowed to run again after all this evidence that he was directly involved in the attempt to fraudulently steal the last one? Aren't some of those actions felonies?
Is he just going to be indicted, or are the NC authorities just going to throw up their hands and say "oops, caught ya trying to cheat! You're gonna have to try again."
