Justice Thomas dissented without further comment in the Court's decision not to block the January 6th Congressional Investigation from getting Trump's papers.
I wonder if those papers will include any information about Ginni Thomas' role in the insurrection. But if that turns out to be the case, will Thomas face any consequences at all?
