the word is that the new jersey supreme court will release lewis v. harris tomorrow morning at 10:00 a.m.
as i mentioned in an earlier post, prepare yourself for a last-minute election year shit storm.
UPDATE (10/25/06): it looks like the ruling will come down at 3:00 p.m., not 10 a.m. when i talked to atrios about it yesterday and mentioned the 10 a.m. time, he said "i heard it would be 3:00 p.m." once again, his sources prove better than mine. i dunno how that guy does it. but i appreciate the link to this post.
