Congratulations to Islam Karimov for his re-election to a fourth term as President of Uzbekistan! Being reelected is not that hard in Central Asia. But winning with only 90.39% of the votes is a close call by regional standards. Still he beat the mere 88% he got in the squeaker of 2007. And a fourth term is even more impressive when you consider that the Constitution of Uzbekistan has a two term limit.
