I was never one who thought the Mueller Report was going to save us all from the terrible Trump Administration. But I am stunned by how credulous most of the media seems to be about the partisan spin of a report they haven't read written by a guy who was appointed Attorney General because he previously ruled out the idea that the President could obstruct justice.
I mean, maybe the Report really conclude that the President did nothing wrong. But any news report that takes Barr's account of what is in the Report at face value is committing journalistic malpractice. It feels like the run-up to the Iraq War all over again. I'm spending all my time watching "news" reports and muttering "what the fuck?"
