Conservatives may not realize it, but right now, "Obamacare" is a critical part of the American private health insurance system. If the ACA ends overnight, much of the insurance market is likely to collapse. The fact that the administration promises to unveil (not pass, mind you, but just reveal to the public, which is a prelude to months of bill drafting and debate before it can be passed and then put into effect) some new health plan 19 months from now, is not going to do anything to make that better.
