Haiti

It's pretty crazy that in all the coverage of the assassination of the Haiti President, no one seems to have any idea who was behind the assassination. I haven't even seen anyone accuse a potential culprit.

If this had happened anywhere else, at the very least, the people in the country would accuse the country's usual adversary (e.g. the Greeks would accuse the Turks) in the absence of actual evidence. But as far as I can tell, not even that has happened in Haiti. I guess that's a symptom of the fact that most of Haiti's major government positions are vacant. Their government is so non-functional, it's not even capable of coming of with a scapegoat!
