This seems like a complete no-brainer. If Saudi Arabia wants help getting nuclear power without any of the normal "conditions that are intended to prevent it from developing nuclear weapons or helping other nations do so", the answer should be no fucking way.
Seriously, why doesn't KSA want to abide by those conditions? This is one of the worst regimes in the world, and probably the worst that is a close friend of the U.S. Because our economy is completely dependent on oil, I understand why the U.S. has a strong interest in maintaining ties with the Saudis, but the mere possibility of getting nuclear weapons is a bridge way too far no matter what they are offering for it.
