It's pretty disappointing to see Nazarbeyev tie the recent Aktobe terrorist attacks to "color revolutions." Although I am periodically impressed with the Kazakhstani's president intelligence and political acumen, at other times he reveals that he really is just another paranoid Putinesque leader.
